Review SLA. WestPorch will return an approval or disapproval within ten (10) business days. Submitting this form does not constitute approval, and no registration is approved by lapse of time — an opportunity is protected only once WestPorch accepts it in writing. Until then its status is Pending Review. Approval is not a reservation of a name: it starts a 60-day window in which you must arrange a meeting with the end customer that a WestPorch representative attends. Protection is kept by that meeting and by real progress — stale registrations are reviewed and may be released.

I understand registration grants no exclusivity, is protected only upon WestPorch's written acceptance, and that after approval I have 60 days to arrange a WestPorch-attended meeting with the end customer to keep it active (per the Channel Partner Agreement, §6).
